Beef sauté with dried oak
ingredients
700 g beef 1 pk onion 1/2 pk leek 1 pk red pepper fresh 1 handful mushrooms fresh or dried 1 handful frozen peas salt, black pepper, oil

Delicate sauté, which goes best with potato pancake. Try it!
1.
Wash the meat and cut into smaller cubes. Fry in oil. Add chopped onion and leek. Sauté for a while, season with salt and pepper and add a little water. Simmer for about 45 minutes.

Add the soaked dried mushrooms and chopped red pepper to the meat. Simmer until tender. If necessary, baste with water.
3.
When the meat is tender, add the frozen peas. Simmer until all ingredients are soft.
