Beef Rolls with English Bacon

From slices of beef and English bacon rolled rolls, fried and smothered in the oven until tender.

Ingredients:

Recipe for 4 servings: 4 pcs of thin beef rolls (beef butt or sirloin) 4 pcs slices of English bacon 1 pk onions 20 g lard 1.5 dl of stock 1.5 dl of red wine ground pepper parsley

Procedure:

1. Pat the beef slices, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley, and top with bacon
2. Roll them up into rolls, fasten with rolling pins
3. Fry them on all sides in hot lard and remove
4. Fry the finely chopped onion in the lard, add the meat, gradually pour in the broth and wine and simmer under a lid in a moderately heated oven until tender
5. Evaporate the juice as needed.
