Beef rib and turkey bone soup

One of the variants how to cook a tasty beef broth from beef ribs, root Vegetable Recipes, turkey bone and other ingredients.

Ingredients:

500 g of beef rib 150 g 2-2.5 l of water 5 pcs whole peppercorns 4 pcs of allspice 4 pcs garlic cloves 3 pcs celery stalks 2 pcs bean leaves 1 pcs onion and skin 1 pc piece of cabbage 1 pc piece of cabbage fresh parsley sprigs cabbage salt noodles as a soup insert

Procedure:

1. Put everything in a pot (don’t forget to clean the Vegetable Recipes), cover with cold water and cook slowly, gradually taking out the Vegetable Recipes that are already soft
2. When the meat is well cooked, strain the broth, cut the meat and Vegetable Recipes into smaller pieces
3. Cook the noodles in slightly salted water, strain and add to the soup
