Beef pate recipe without liver

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion, diced

1 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef and onion until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat and remove from heat.
