Beef Ovar

Beef back meat or kielbasa cooked in a pressure cooker with onions until tender, served with horseradish or mustard, for example.

Ingredients:

800 g of beef (boneless hind or nice kielbasa) 2 pcs onions salt

Procedure:

1. Clean the beef, wash it and place it in cold water so that it is submerged
2. Boil in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes
3. Salt the broth to taste before boiling
4. Slice the cooked meat and serve.

Recommendation:

Serve with horseradish or mustard.
