Beef liver gnocchi
ingredients
150 g beef liver 1 pk bun 10 g onion 1 clove garlic 20 g semolina 1/2 pk egg to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
Grind the liver with the onion and garlic. Add the spices, soaked and squeezed bun, semolina, egg and salt. Mix everything well and then use a spoon to cut out gnocchi, which you drop into the soup.
