1500 g beef 1500 g potatoes 1500 g white onion 300 g pork lard 8 cloves garlic 3 tbsp ground red sweet paprika 3 tsp spicy ground red paprika 3 tsp ground black pepper 3 tsp ground cumin 2 tsp marjoram 1 tsp goulash spice mix 5 pcs bay leaf 15 pcs whole allspice rounds 1 cup sterilised lentils 1 packet dried wild mushrooms 1 pk beef stock

1. Saute diced onion in lard. Add the chopped meat, fry for a while and simmer. Then add all the spices, pressed garlic and water. Cook for at least 1,5 hours. 2. When the meat is about 3/4 cooked, add the potatoes, mushrooms, lecho and cook for about 45 minutes more. Before the end of cooking, add the broth, if necessary, you can season with veget.
