Beef in natural style with mushrooms

1 kg beef 1 pk onion 1 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp oil 1 handful wild mushrooms 3 pk pickled cucumber salt, ground black pepper broth

Strong aroma and even better taste. Juicy meat on natural with mushrooms and cucumber. Excellent combination.

Wash and dry the meat first. I used the shoulder. Cut it into medium thick slices and slice a little on each side so they don’t curl. Tenderize well. Season each side with pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and sear the cutlets on each side. Fry all the pieces like this and transfer them to a larger pot. Add the chopped onion to the fat and fry. Add the plain flour and mix well. After a while, add a little water, stir and pour the broth through a sieve into the pot with the meat.

Pour water or broth over the meat and simmer. Simmer according to the thickness of the cutlets.

After about an hour of simmering, add the dried mushrooms (can be fresh) and season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

A little before boiling add diced sour cucumber. If you like a sour taste, feel free to add cucumber juice to the sauce. Let all the flavours combine and serve. Serve with rice, pasta or potatoes. Enjoy!
