Beef goulash with Vegetable Recipes

Fry finely chopped onion in lard. Add the meat, which we have washed and diced.

Toss the meat with the onions, let it pull a little and season with salt, black pepper, paprika and cumin. Give everything to taste. Cover with water and simmer briefly. After a while, add finely grated carrots and parsley.

Cut the tomatoes and peppers into strips and put them in the pot with the meat and other Vegetable Recipes. Add the hot pepper and bay leaves at the end. Stir and cover with a lid. Simmer until the meat and Vegetable Recipes are tender. Season with salt at the end, if necessary.
