Beef goulash with paprika
ingredients
300 g onion a little oil 500 g beef 1 tbsp ground sweet paprika 2 pcs colored paprika 2 pcs potato 2 cloves garlic 1 can tomato puree to taste salt, ground black pepper
procedure
1. In a saucepan, fry the finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add the diced meat and fry everything together. 2. Add the ground paprika, salt, pepper and a little water. Simmer the meat over medium heat, basting occasionally. 3. Then add the chopped coloured peppers, potatoes, crushed garlic, tomato puree and cook the stew together for another 15 minutes. Serve with fresh bread.
