Beef Carpaccio

Ingredients:

1 package Beef carpaccio from Uzenin Příbram 1/2 tbsp 1/2 tbsp

1 tablespoonolive oil 1 handful chopped pine nuts grated parmesan cheese to taste balsamic rucola rucola pepper salt To serve: food of choice – e.g. Ciabatta or foccacia

Procedure:

  • Drizzle the beef slices lightly with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Season to taste with pepper, sprinkle with Parmesan shavings, add chopped pine nuts and fresh arugula leaves.
  • To accompany the carpaccio, you can toast a baguette or serve other pastries such as ciabatta or foccacia.
