1/2 kg beef ribs 4 pcs allspice 10 pcs black peppercorns 3 pcs bay leaves 1 pcs onion 2 cloves of garlic celery, carrots, parsley

Place the ribs under the grill at 200 degrees C for about 45 minutes

Prepare the ingredients in a saucepan. Cover with cold water.

After the ribs are cooked, add them to the water.

Put on the lowest heat and cook slowly, about 3 hours. It must not boil. After 3 hours, add the cleaned Vegetable Recipes and cook for about another hour and a half. Bon appetit! 🙂
