Beef broth with yeast dumplings

Hot beef broth served with an insert of yeast dumplings, defended beef cooked in broth and Vegetable Recipes.

Ingredients:

500 g of beef (beef front + 2 pcs of carrot bones) 2 pcs 2 pcs carrots

Procedure:

  • Rinse the beef, drain then cut into larger pieces, place in a large pot with about 2.5 quarts of cold water, add the turkey bones and bring everything to a boil
  • Add the spices and Vegetable Recipes, partially cover the pot with a lid, let it boil for at least 3 hours, but preferably even longer, i.e.
  • Drain the hot broth through the thickest strainer (or you can line the strainer with a clean cloth, washed in hot water and wrung out properly)

  • In this prepared broth, boil the yeast dumplings, then add the chopped cooked meat and Vegetable Recipes to the soup.
  • Preparation of yeast dumplings:

  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter with the yeast until compact, let cool for a while
