Beef and peppers

Sweetly salty beef sauce with sweet peppers and a mouth feel.

Ingredients for 4

300g beef roast 1 onion 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper 2 handfuls of cashew pork chops

Sauce.

1 dl soy 1 dl boiling water 1 tbsp potato or rice flour 1 tbsp cane sugar 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp sesame 1 tsp spice

Slice the beef very thinly. Chop the peppers and onion finely. Stir in the sauce to make a paste.

Heat the wok and fry the cashew pork for a while. Set aside.

Place the strips of breadcrumbs in the pan and drizzle with a little salt and pepper. When the strips are cooked through, you can throw a couple of tablespoons of sauce into the wok. Bring to a simmer until syrupy.

Then throw the vegetables in, cook for a minute, wok törkeän hot all the time. Then add the sauce, bring to a rapid boil and serve immediately.
