Beef and pasta recipe
Macaroni and ground beef meals are great everyday family meals and this recipe is no exception. Some readers mentioned adding basil to the dish, while others regularly used stewed tomatoes instead of chopped tomatoes.

How to make it
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Lightly drizzle with the 2-quart sauce. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, celery and chopped onion. Sauté until beef is browned and onions are soft, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute more. Remove beef mixture from heat and drain well. Place the beef mixture in a large bowl and add the chopped tomatoes, tomato paste, cooked pasta and shredded cheese. Stir to combine. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes until hot and flaky. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of finely chopped parsley over the top.
