Béchamel pancakes
ingredients
50 g butter 500 ml milk 250 ml mineral water 2 KL caster sugar 1 packet vanilla sugar 80 g plain flour 50 g coarse flour a little oil to taste fruit
procedure
1. Melt the butter, add the plain flour and fry it in a pan. Pour in the milk and cook a thick porridge, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and leave to cool. 2. Mix in the beaten eggs, sugar, coarse flour, vanilla sugar and mineral water. Make a semi-fluid batter, from which progressively bake golden pancakes on both sides in a buttered frying pan. Serve with fruit.
