Bear Paws

35 dkg plain flour 14 dkg ground nuts 14 dkg icing sugar 25 dkg palmarin 1 tbsp Dutch cocoa 2 pcs egg yolk icing sugar for sprinkling vanillin sugar for sprinkling

Traditional, fragrant pastry with ground nuts…

First put together all the powdered ingredients, then add the palmarin , egg yolks and knead the dough. Grease and flour the moulds, fill with the dough, place on a baking tray.

Bake at 180-190°C in a preheated oven (depending on the oven). Later reduce the temperature to 170°C.

Leave the baked paws in the moulds for a while and turn out while still warm.

4.

Sprinkle the cooled ones with icing sugar mixed with a little vanillin sugar. This will give the paws an even better taste.
