Bear Garlic Soup

Mixed green bear garlic leaves in part of the chicken broth, the mix then simmered with the other part of the broth, potatoes and spices, the soup finally softened with cream, served garnished with chopped bear garlic leaves, grated cheese and croutons.

Procedure:
1. Chop the bear garlic and blend it in 0.5 l of cooled chicken broth to a smooth cream, save a few leaves to garnish the soup
2. Add the peeled, diced potatoes to 1 litre of chicken stock, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper and bring to the boil
3. When the potatoes are soft, pour in the blended garlic and stock and add the sweet cream, simmer for 5 minutes
