Bear garlic pesto

Beautiful green, aromatic pesto.

When harvesting leaves, it is best to choose the healthier and younger ones from the centre of the “nest”. I needed a smaller wicker basket of leaves for 4 small bottles of pesto.

Wash the leaves, drain, cut off the stem part and put the rest in a chopper with a little olive oil and salt.

3.

Place the hot pesto in washed small bottles, seal and put in the fridge.
