Fried bread, or also bread in an egg, is a great tip for a quick snack. You can process older bread, and along with herbs and bear garlic pesto, create a unique dish that you can serve at a garden party for family and friends, for example.
Ingredients:
4 pcs
bread slices
3 pcs
eggs
100 g
grated parmesan
1 tbsp
green olives
tr>
1 tbsp
butter
1 tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
bear garlic paste
pinch of salt
Procedure:
Cut four thin slices of bread. If you don’t have grated parmesan, “run” it through a coarse grater. Crack the egg into a bowl and beat with a fork along with the pesto and salt.
Then heat the butter and olive oil in a frying pan.
Coat the bread one at a time in the egg, place them one at a time in the pan and fry until golden.
When the toasts are just right, put a layer of cheese on one slice and cover it with the other slice for a minute (a minute will do).
Remove the sandwich to a plate lined with a paper towel and let it rest – the cheese will melt nicely in the meantime.
Seed your herbs and spring onions. Cut the bread in half, spread with a good spoonful of Otma Gourmet Fine Ketchup and garnish with all the greens.
