Beans with potatoes
Frozen beans smothered in cubes of smoked meat, served with boiled potatoes.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Boil the frozen pods in salted water until tender, let them drain
2. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly fry the smoked meat cubes in it, add the curry spices and stir in the chopped beans
3. Season with pepper and salt to taste
4. Sprinkle the heated mixture with grated cheese, stir and set aside, garnish individual portions on a plate with chopped parsley
5. Serve the beans prepared in this way with boiled potatoes.
