500 g beans 1 KL sugar 100 g smoked overgrown bacon 1 pk onion 70 g tomato puree to taste salt a little ground black pepper a little chopped chives 1 pk homemade sausage
procedure
1. Soak the beans the day before, let them swell, then boil them with a teaspoon of sugar until tender and drain them. 2. Fry the bacon, cut into cubes, then add the onion, sliced thinly, and fry. 3. Stir in the puree, beans, salt and pepper, pour in a little of the bean stock and boil briefly. 4. Finally, stir in the chopped chives. Serve the beans with roasted sausage.
