Beans in Chinese

300 g pork 1 tbsp starch meal 1 tbsp water 1 pk egg a little salt a little ground white pepper 3 tbsp oil 200 g cooked white beans 2 pk bell pepper 2 pk tomato 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tbsp glutasol 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp broth

Slice the pork and mix the starch meal with water. Then mix the meat with the egg, soaked starch, white pepper and salt.

Place the meat in the heated oil and after browning for a while, add the cooked beans, sliced peppers and sliced peeled tomatoes.

Stirring constantly, season with soy sauce, glutasol, sliced or crushed garlic, drizzle with broth and simmer briefly. Serve with rice.
