Bean soup with puree

ingredients

200 g potatoes 5 tbsp tomato puree 6 tbsp dry beans 1 tbsp plain flour 2 tbsp oil 1 pk onion 1 tbsp sugar water salt

step

1. Soak the beans the day before and the next day cook them in the water in which they were soaked and add the cleaned sliced potatoes before cooking them. 2. Prepare a roux from flour and fat, add grated onion, fry, pour water mixed with puree, salt, sweeten and add to the cooked beans and boil together.
