Bean soup with mint

ingredients

500 g bean pod 300 g potatoes a little oil 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp vinegar 3 tbsp plain flour 200 ml cream to taste salt a little mint

procedure

1. Put them to boil in salted water. A little while before boiling, add the sliced potatoes and cook until soft. 2. Make a roux from the flour and oil, pour in cold water and pour into the soup together with the cream. 3. Season with sugar and vinegar, sprinkle with chopped mint and serve.
