Bean Soup with Leek

Soup of green beans, leeks, red cabbage, celery, garlic and other ingredients, served with toasted cubed lid.

Ingredients:

200 g of fresh green beans 100 g red cabbage 10 g of butter 5 pcs /td>

sliced celery 1 pc celery stalks 1 pc garlic clove 1 pc medium onion 1 pk leek 1 l bone stock 4 tbsp oil 3 tbsp tomato puree marjoram thyme pepper salt

Post:

1. Cut the peeled onion into small pieces, the cleaned leek and celery stalk into thin slices, the washed red cabbage into strips
2. Cut the ends off the fresh green beans and if they are longer cut them in half
3. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onion, leek, red cabbage, green beans, celery, garlic and sauté for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, then add some marjoram and thyme
5. Then pour the tomato puree over the vegetable mixture, stir and pour in the broth, season with salt and pepper and cook until all the Vegetable Recipes are soft
6. Meanwhile, cut the lid into cubes and fry in butter 7.
