Bean Soup II

Soup prepared from canned white beans, water or broth, Vegetable Recipes, sausage and spices, is thickened with roux.

Ingredients:

2 cans of white beans 1 piece of collards 1 piece of celery 1 pc small carrots 1 pc onion 1-2 pcs garlic cloves 0.5 l broth or water and bouillon cube red pepper Mayonnaise chilli pepper oil salt Salt: 1 tablespoon butter 1-2 tablespoons smooth flour

Procedure:

1. Fry peeled and finely chopped onion in oil
2. Add the sausage, garlic and chopped Vegetable Recipes, pour in the stock and cook until soft
3. Season with spices and add the white washed beans
4. Thicken with the pre-prepared butter and flour stock and finally season the soup with marjoram.
