2 pcs potatoes 3 pcs bay leaf to taste salt green sterilized beans,or frozen 1 crucible 12 cooking cream a little oil for cooking 1 pcs onion smaller 1 tbsp plain flour for mixing a little sugar to taste vinegar

Not difficult to prepare,but very tasty soup. 1. I clean the potatoes and cut them into crucibles.I pour enough water,add bay leaf and salt.I let it boil. 2. When the potatoes are almost cooked I add the beans and cook on a low heat.In my case it is frozen beans,so they don’t need to cook for a long time.If I am using fresh,so I cook them with the potatoes. 3. When the beans and potatoes are cooked I add the cream. 4. I saute the onions in oil in a skillet.5. I add flour and make a caramel spread. 6. add to the soup and stir. 7. In the same saucepan, I make a syrup with vinegar and a little sugar,when the sugar dissolves 8. I add it to the soup and let it go through the boil.I season it. 9. Good taste.
