Bean Shoulet

Soup prepared with colored beans, semolina, lard, garlic, onion, plain flour, pepper and salt.

Ingredients:

200 g of colored beans 150 g of large groats 60 g lard 3 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk large onion 1 tbsp smooth flour pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Take the beans, rinse and soak them overnight in water, the next day boil them in the same water until tender, drain and leave them to drain, save some of the broth for later
2. Then peel the onion and garlic, cut the onion into small pieces, rub the garlic with salt
4. Heat the lard in a pot, fry the onion, dust with flour, fry, pour a little broth from the beans and boil for a while
5. Then add the beans, the groats, season with grated garlic, salt and pepper, stir and heat through
6. Serve the finished bean scramble with, for example, pork ribs and sauerkraut salad.
