Bean omelette with cheese

Golden fried egg omelette with crispy beans and melted cheese. It’ll get you started for the day, yet you can make it in a quarter of an hour.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

1. Drain the beans and briefly fry them in a pan lightly drizzled with oil
2. Pour in beaten salted eggs mixed with baking powder and bake over low heat until the omelette is golden on the underside
3. Finally, transfer the omelette to a plate and sprinkle with your favourite cheese

Recommendation:

Serve the omelette with bread, vegetable salad or boiled or roasted potatoes. If you have time, you can separate the egg yolks from the whites and use egg white snow instead of baking powder in the omelette.
