Bean goulash with sausage

300 g white beans 1 pk tomato 1 pk bell pepper 3 tbsp oil 2 pk onion 1 tbsp ground sweet paprika 1 tsp ground hot red pepper 2 tbsp plain flour 1 cube bouillon 2 cloves garlic a little black pepper a little salt 100 ml water 1 tsp marjoram 1 pk sausage

Pour the rinsed and pre-soaked beans, chopped tomato and peppers with water so that they are submerged and cook them almost tender.

Fry the finely chopped onion in oil, sprinkle in the ground pepper and flour, stir, pour in water and stir again thoroughly.
3.
Add the beans and broth, bouillon cube, pressed garlic, pepper, marjoram, salt and boil. If the stew is too thick, add water and let it boil.
4.
Fill the goulash with browned and sliced sausage.
