Bean and potato soup with rice cream

400 g frozen green beans 3 pcs potato 1 KL salt 1/2 KL ground black pepper 250 ml rice cream 200 ml water 200 ml soy milk 2 KL lemon juice 1 tbsp sugar
procedure
, 1. Clean the potatoes and cut them into larger cubes. 2. Dump the frozen beans into a dry pan and cover with 200 ml of water. Let simmer for about 15 minutes. 3. When the beans are soft, add the potatoes, salt, ground black pepper and milk. Simmer everything together until the potatoes are soft. It takes about 10 minutes. 4. Then season the mixture with sugar and lemon juice. Finally, add the cream and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with bread or as a side dish with meat.
