ingredients

1/2 kg coarse flour 1/4 liter milk 20 g yeast 2 pcs egg yolk 50 g butter 50 g sugar a little salt 100 g jam 150 g whipped cream 40 g vanilla sugar a little butter for frying

progress

1. Add the yeast mixed with sugar, lukewarm milk, egg yolks, salt, melted butter to the flour and make a dough. Let it stand in a warm place to sour. 2. Roll out the risen dough on a floured surface and prick out the rings with a round mould and leave to rise again. 3. Then fry them in hot lard. Brush the fried ones with jam and whipped cream and sugar.
