400 g semolina flour 20 g yeast 40 g powdered sugar 40 g margarine 80 g butter 100 g jam 100 g curd 1 pk egg to taste milk, salt
procedure
1. Add the yeast, sugar, egg, salt, lukewarm milk in which you have dissolved the fat to the flour. Work the dough well and let it rise. 2. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2 cm and cut out dolky with a mould. Let rise again and fry in hot fat. 3. Pour the jam, cottage cheese which you have mixed with icing sugar and milk on a plate for the sauce.
