Bavarian Cabbage Stew
Bavarian cuisine is similar to Czech cuisine, cabbage is also very popular here, used for example as a great side dish for sausages and clovers.

1. Cut the cabbage into noodles
2. In a saucepan, fry the onion in bacon fat, add the cabbage, add salt, pepper, a little water, simmer under a lid for 30 minutes
3. Sprinkle the sugar into the pan, cover with water, cook until brown, pour in the vinegar, whisk and pour into the cabbage
4.
