Snacks made of minced meat and other ingredients, stuffed with bacon and cucumber, coated in egg and breadcrumbs, fried until golden brown.

Procedure:
1. In a casserole, cook most of the bacon cut into small cubes, add the peeled, finely chopped onion, let it brown and stir it all into the ground beef
2. Then add the grated, pre-cooked potatoes, eggs, pour beer, salt, pepper and thicken with breadcrumbs if necessary
3. Form the prepared mixture into patties, wrap the rest of the bacon and cucumber cut into strips
4.
Recommendation:
Serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
