Basque Fish Soup
Soup of potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, fish and other ingredients. Recipe from the border of France and Spain.

Procedure:
1. Wash the peeled potatoes, cut them into slices, put them in boiling salted water, add the cleaned, finely chopped onions and cook until semi-soft
2. Remove the seeds from the washed tomatoes and peppers, cut into larger pieces and add to the potatoes
3. Add the peeled, sliced garlic cloves, add olive oil and cook for another 10 minutes
4. Finally, add the cleaned fish fillets to the soup and simmer for another 10 minutes
5. Before serving, season the soup with finely chopped parsley, pepper, salt and serve with fresh bread.
