Basic egg omelette stuffed with mushrooms

4 pcs egg 60 g lard 30 g onion 150 g mushrooms to taste salt, pepper, cumin

step

Fry the chopped onion in the lard, add the chopped mushrooms, salt, pepper, cumin, pour and simmer until soft. Beat the eggs with salt and bake 4 omelettes on a greased pancake pan. Fill them with sautéed mushrooms and fold them over.
