Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. First, prepare the body of the dessert; put the flour in a bowl, add to it the pieces of butter, melted butter, sugar, a pinch of salt and milk, mix, make a dough, which you put in the refrigerator for a while
2. Grease a pie (cake) tin thoroughly with fat, pour the dough into it, spread it out, prick it in several places with a fork
3. Bake in an oven heated to 180 °C for about 20-25 minutes, the baked body must be allowed to cool thoroughly
4. Put the can of sweet preserved milk in water, it must be completely submerged, boil for 1.5-2 hours, then spread the caramel in the can on the body
5. Spread the peeled, sliced bananas on the caramel
6. Fill the remaining space of the shell with the whipped cream
7. Finally, sprinkle the surface of the dessert with chocolate shavings, cocoa or coffee
8. Put the finished cake in the fridge for a while to harden before cutting it into individual portions.
Recommendation:
Some people don’t trust the method of cooking an unopened can of condensed milk, they are afraid it will explode. So use a different method; open the can, pour the milk into a container and make caramel from the condensed milk in a water bath, boiling and stirring occasionally will make caramel in 20-30 minutes.
