Banica with cottage cheese

Baked tangled pancakes filled with cheesecake filling.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Process the sifted plain flour, melted butter, vinegar, salt and water into a medium stiff dough, grasp it in your hands and beat it on a rolling pin until it stops sticking and bubbles form
2. Heat the water to boiling point and leave on a cutting board under a heated pot for about half an hour to warm up (place the cutting board on top of the dough and set the pot of hot water on top of it)
3. Divide the dough into 9 balls, roll out one at a time into thin slices, pull them out with your hands and let them dry briefly
4. In the meantime, prepare the filling by beating the softened butter until foamy
5. Add the sugar, warmed honey, salt, beaten eggs, finally the squeezed curd and mix
6. Brush each slice with melted butter, fold in half, brush with filling and roll into rolls
7. Arrange them in circles on a greased large pan, brush with butter and bake in a well heated oven.
