100 g cooking chocolate 30 ml milk 20 g butter

Banana roulade suitable for any occasion.
1.
Cake: Beat the egg whites until creamy. Beat egg yolks with sugar and add cocoa powder, baking soda,baking powder,flour and finally add cream of tartar a spoonful at a time. Bake on a baking sheet (170 degrees approx. 20-30min.) and roll the biscuit lengthwise with the paper and let it cool.

Filling.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath,add butter and milk. When the frosting is beautifully glossy and gently pouring, let it cool for a while.

Roll out the roll remove the paper and spread the cream I don’t recommend spreading it to the edge because as you roll the roll the cream pushes out a little (2cm from the end of the edge)Place the bananas on top of the edge and roll up.Finally slowly pour the chocolate glaze.Decorate the glaze as you like.Put the finished roll in the fridge for 1 hour to set. Cut into slices and serve.
