Banana-pudding dessert

1 packet puff pastry 4 pcs bananas 1 packet vanilla pudding 1 packet cinnamon sugar 5 tbsp granulated sugar 2 tbsp chopped nuts (the choice is yours) 1/2 litre milk

Simple, fluffy cake for little ones as well as adults… Yummy!
1.
Roll out the puff pastry and place on a greased baking sheet.Prick with a fork.

Make a pudding with 4 tablespoons of sugar, half a litre of milk and custard powder. Cut the bananas in half and place on top of the batter.

Pour the pudding, still hot and properly thick, over the bananas. Sprinkle the pudding with a mixture made from 1 tbsp sugar, cinnamon sugar and chopped nuts.

Place in a 180 degree oven to bake for 30 minutes.

I used vanilla custard but the choice is yours. I think chocolate would be fantastic. Next time I will try it with chocolate pudding. Bon appetit
