For these yummy pancakes you will need only 2 ingredients: banana and egg.
1.
One banana, one egg – that’s all 🙂

Smash with a fork into a mash, mix with the egg.

In a hot pan, fry in a drop of oil on both sides. Each pancake was two tablespoons.
4.
I added a little coconut to the other half to taste – also delicious.
5.
Ready. Four beautifully fluffy pancakes.
