Banana muffins

3 pcs bananas (ripe – sweet) 125 ml coconut oil 2 pcs eggs 250 g whole wheat spelt flour (plain flour) 2 tbsp honey 1 tsp baking powder Dr.Oetker 1/2 tsp baking soda dark chocolate – chopped into pieces

Every time our bananas turn brown, it’s a great opportunity to make delicious muffins, which the kids adore (us too )

The step is quite simple: put everything in a bowl, mix with a blender and add chopped chocolate at the end of the mixing process

Fill 1 tablespoon worth into muffin tins.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Good taste
