Banana mini pancakes
ingredients
1 pcs ripe banana 1 tbsp Oat flour ( topped) 1 pcs egg baking powder 1 KL Chia seeds coconut oil for baking

Smash the banana well with a fork, add the egg, flour, baking powder and chia seeds.

Mix everything together, then spoon the mixture into small rounds in a warmed pan with a little coconut oil. Bake until golden on both sides and then serve with fruit.

Tip: For quicker preparation, you can put the banana in a blender and then just add the other ingredients.
