700 ml milk 2 packets golden ears 4 tbsp sugar 175 g HERA butter 2 packets vanilla sugar vanilla extract grated dark chocolate on top

Excellent delicacy for holiday and weekday:
1.
Beat the egg whites and sugar until creamy, gradually beat in the egg yolks and lightly fold in the flour, baking powder and cocoa. Pour the batter on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 30-35 minutes.

Make a thick custard from the milk, golden cob and sugar and let it cool to room temperature. Beat the room temperature butter with the vanilla extract until foamy and gradually beat in the cooled custard to make a smooth cream.
3.
Spread the jam over the crust, arrange the sliced bananas, spread the custard over the bananas and drizzle the chocolate over the whole dessert.
