Banana cheesecake (4 and a half women)

1,5 packets butter biscuits 125 g butter

500 g soft cottage cheese without lumps 200 g sour cream 2 pcs bananas (ripe – sweet) 1 pcs egg 1 packet Golden cob 2 packets vanilla sugar 3 tbsp icing sugar

1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 dl whipping cream 1 tbsp butter 2 pcs bananas for garnish 5 pcs caramel candies (scrub type) for garnish

A cookie that is not to be missed for our sister coffee gatherings. Nowadays with a little whippersnapper – my daughter. We are 4 sisters and one little miss, therefore 4 and a half women 🙂

Crush biscuits in a bag with a meat mallet, pour melted butter over them and press into a cake tin lined with baking paper.

Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and remove from the oven

In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork and add all the other ingredients for the cream. Mix well.

Pour the cream onto the biscuit crust and bake for approximately50 minutes at 180 degrees.

After turning off the oven, allow to cool progressively in the open oven for about 15 minutes more.

Later remove and allow to cool completely.

When serving, the cake can be topped with a caramel glaze of burnt sugar, cream and butter. Decorate with banana slices and chopped caramels.
