Asian noodles cooked and then fried together with chicken and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package, then rinse them under running water and let them drain thoroughly
2. Cut the spring onions into rounds, finely chop the scraped carrots, and finely chop the peeled garlic and ginger root
3. In a wok (high, deep pan) heat oil strongly, add meat and carrots, fry everything hot for about 2 minutes, remove, add prepared garlic and ginger, fry for 2 minutes, add sambal oelek paste
4. Add the noodles and stir fry for 5 minutes, stir, then add the meat and carrots
5. Season the dish with salt and pepper, soy sauce and lemon juice.
