Balsamic mushroom soup

The Tapas mushrooms are easy to make and really delicious. A must for takeaway.
Ingredients for four
200g fresh (small) mushrooms 2 cloves of garlic 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp; 2 tablespoons balsamic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 handful of parsley salt pepper
Prepare the mushrooms by cutting the stem to the level of the hat.
Set a teflon pan on a medium heat. Peel and chop the garlic.
Soak the öljy in the pan and add the chopped garlic. As soon as they start to crackle then add the mushrooms to the pan. Take a bit of the väriä throughout.
Soak myös balsamic in the pan and season with salt and pepper. Fry in a circle and place in a shallow baking dish. Leave to cool and marinate for a couple of hours. Mix with chopped parsley and serve.
