Baguettes with salmon gratin

Here is the recipe for light salmon baguettes au gratin, a complete dish very easy and simple to make, to serve with a good salad.

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 whole-wheat baguette 5 tablespoons low-fat cream 5% 2 tablespoons cottage cheese 0% 200 g smoked salmon 1 minced onion 60 g grated Parmesan nutmeg Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Start by cutting the baguette into 4 equal pieces, then separate each piece in half.
In a bowl mix the cottage cheese and sour cream, season with a little salt and pepper, then add a pinch of nutmeg.

Spread the baguettes with this mixture then sprinkle the smoked salmon, add a few onions and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake the salmon au gratin baguettes for 15 minutes at 180°, then serve with a good salad.
